Consumer Lawyers of Hawai'i [CLH] is a professional association established as a non-profit corporation in the State of Hawai'i. CLH exists to provide services to its members, education to the public and information to governmental and judicial decision-makers.

We are a diverse group of men and women practicing law on the side of the individual consumer. Sometimes called plaintiff’s lawyers, our members represent the consumer when he or she is ill treated and cannot get satisfaction through his or her own efforts.

CLH members work for the average consumer, the “little guy”, to challenge and seek justice from those that would deny fair recompense for damages done.

CLH members believe that it is essential that every person in our society, regardless of social status or financial resources, have equal protection under the law.
